Pinay content creators who are also CEOs of their brands

GONE are the days when only men rule business because women have shown that they can, too. 

This has been proven by countless women who have shown remarkable leadership in heading their own companies and creating their own unique brand. 

Women, both young and old, now no longer fear putting up their own empires. 

In fact, these ladies making their mark on social media have also entered the business world successfully.  

Let’s get to know some of today’s most followed content creators who are also CEOs of their own brand.

  1. Chelsea Valencia 

Gen Z content creator and Marketing major Chelsea Valencia became an inspiration to many of her followers when she made her dream of having her own clothing business come true. She put up her clothing line called Oak La Vie. “Oak” stands for “one of a kind” while “la vie” means life in French. 

The brand offers aesthetic shirts, tote bags and dad caps.

Pat Cortez is yet another Gen Z who successfully put up her own business empire. Overlay designs feature stylish fashion staples like bags and belts that fit the taste of the young generation.

Content creator Rei Germar ventured into a business that’s fast becoming a staple for every Filipina. She founded Wear Tapies, which sells any woman’s best friend, nipple covers. 

  1. Mae Layug 

Mae Layug is a content creator who also ventured into the make-up business. She owns Get Ready With Me Cosmetics, a full line of products that now has a big following on social media. 

  1. Anna Cay 

Anna Cay is one of the top beauty vloggers in the country today. But aside from her vlogging career, she manages her own skincare business called All Covered. 

  1. Kath Melendez 

Kath Melendez is a YouTuber with over 2.35 million subscribers. 

Apart from her online success, she is the CEO of her own company behind her skincare brand Her Skin. 

  1. Shekainah Chen 

Shekainah Chen is a successful YouTuber, mom and CEO of her own company at only 25 years old. 

She owns The Diet Coach, a beauty and health supplement company.
