BRING an umbrella and expect heavy rains in Metro Manila as well as four provinces in Luzon, as the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned of moderate to heavy rains.
Likewise, PAGASA said that lightning and strong winds are also expected Wednesday morning.
According to the thunderstorm advisory issued at 8:15 a.m., July 2, the state weather bureau said that aside from NCR, other affected areas include: Tarlac, Bulacan, Quezon, and Cavite.
On the other hand, residents of Morong in Bataan; Olongapo, Subic, San Antonio, Botolan, Cabangan, San Marcelino in Zambales; and Porac in Pampanga, are currently experiencing moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds.
According to PAGASA, the said weather system may persist in the next two hours
Flashfloods and landslides are expected.
