TODO na ‘to!

Comedian Rufa Mae Quinto amused netizens with her starring role in a parody of the hit South Korean film Kill Boksoon.

The viral clip, which is a Netflix ad for the movie, has Quinto donning a red coat, shades, and black heels in a grocery store, just like Gil Boksoon, a killer and the original film’s lead character.

In the parody, Quinto is seen buying bottles of fish sauce or patis, and she becomes enraged when the cashier tells her the items’ prices are not heavily discounted as she had thought.

The sale, it turns out, ended a month ago.

Quinto then takes out a gun, causing people in the grocery store to panic. She starts wreaking havoc in the store, Boksoon style, by jumping on the cart, shooting the patis bottles, and cutting the 70 percent off sign with an ax.

Later, Quinto takes out her sword and faces off with the cashier, who grabs an umbrella as a weapon. The two duel in the middle of the grocery store, with Quinto grabbing a red marker to attack the cashier, in a spoof of one of the movie’s well-known scenes.

In the end, it is revealed that the grocery rampage and fight was all in Quinto’s head and she is still at the grocery line.

She decides not to buy the bottles of patis anymore.
