MARK your calendars, Zushis! Gen Z singer-songwriter Maki will release his anticipated debut full-length album “KOLORCOASTER” on September 19.
The “Dilaw” hitmaker announced this in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, July 31, along with the album art that featured a ball of vibrant colors.

“KOLORCOASTER” consists of 10 songs, including Maki’s 2024 hit songs “Bughaw,” “Namumula,” and “Dilaw,” as well as his latest single, “kahel na langit.”
Meanwhile, fans could no longer hide their excitement for “KOLORCOASTER,” with some saying it would be their “comfort album” and “most-streamed album of the year.”
Further details about the album, including the complete tracklist, have yet to be revealed, but Maki previously said he exerted “a lot of work, effort, heart, and time” to make his first studio album possible.
“It’s gonna be an album na I’ve never—hindi ko pa akalain na magagawa ko,” he shared during the media conference of his “Bughaw Hour” event in March.
He continued, “Sana po abangan niyo po ang mga susunod pang kulay sa mangyayaring album na ‘to.”
Before the release of “kahel na langit” in June, Maki dropped a “warmer version” of his chart-topping song “Dilaw” in March, which served as the soundtrack of the 2025 romantic comedy film “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino.
Upcoming event
Apart from his album release, Maki is set to perform in the upcoming Aurora Music Festival Cebu on November 22, at the CDM Events Grounds, City De Mare, SRP.
He will be joined by other Original Pinoy Music (OPM) artists, including the “Kings of P-pop” SB19, bands Cup of Joe and Ben&Ben, rising singer Earl Agustin, and OPM rock icon Rico Blanco.
Aside from the performances, the event will feature vibrant hot air balloons in Cebu for the first time.
Tickets for the Aurora Music Festival Cebu are now available via Epic Events’ website, as well as SM Tickets online and at their outlets.
Ticket prices range from P1,000 for Gold, P3,000 for SVIP, and P5,000 for Platinum.
