ALL eyes are on the South Korean girl group TWICE as it released the much-awaited music video for its comeback title track, SET ME FREE.
In an energizing and explosive visual masterpiece, the nine-piece, all-female band showed off their powerful vocals and great dance moves in this groundbreaking song.
SET ME FREE is the title track for TWICE’s recently released 12th mini album, READY TO BE.
Co-composed by Melanie Fontana, Lindgren, and Marty Maro, with lyrics by GALACTIKA, the song is centered on how an individual could lay everything she has on the line in the name of love that awakens one’s true self.

In time for the music video’s release, members Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu visited the American midnight talk segment The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

The internationally-acclaimed group performed the song for the first time to promote its upcoming mini album.

Pre-order record set
TWICE broke its record with over 1.7M pre-order sales for its new album, READY TO BE.
In December 2022, TWICE officially announced the release of its 12th mini album and its pre-release single, MOONLIGHT SUNRISE.

READY TO BE is an extended play (EP) that contains a total of seven tracks with the lead single, SET ME FREE.
Other songs in the track list are MOONLIGHT SUNRISE, GOT THE THRILLS, BLAME IT ON ME, WALLFLOWER, CRAZY STUPID LOVE, and SET ME FREE (English Version).
TWICE also released a preview that shows different colored album covers on pink, black, and vintage-like designs.
Other merchandise that fans, also called ONCE, can get from the READY TO BE album are the following:
- one out of nine folded poster
- one out of nine postcard
- a random message photocard
- five out of forty-five collectible photocards.
Fans who will pre-order the READY TO BE album will get an exclusive photocard and poster set. It will depend on the album version they choose, whether the READY version, TO version, or BE version.
TWICE’s 12th mini album will be released on Friday, March 10, at 2 pm (KST).
