SNSD’s Taeyeon, The Boyz complete K-Verse lineup

RENOWNED KPop superstar Taeyeon from the iconic girl group Girls’ Generation or SNSD and male act The Boyz have joined the official lineup for an upcoming KPop concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum next month.

The event organizer, MakeItLive, announced in separate tweets that the two acts would also be performing during the K-Verse: The Ultimate Pop Universe that will take place at the Big Dome on April 11.

Both artists will be joining the all-female group aespa, which was the first performer that was revealed to be rocking the stage for the event.

Ticket prices

MakeItLive also revealed the seat plan for the Ultimate Pop verse event and its corresponding ticket prices.

IT SEEMS Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz-Naranjo isn’t hanging up.

In a tweet, the organizer announced that there would be five seat types for the K-Verse concert which can be availed through the following rates:

  • SVIP (Reserved Seating) – P13,500
  • VIP (Reserved Seating) – P12,500
  • Lower Box – P9,500
  • Upper Box – P7,500
  • General Admission – P4,500

All ticket prices are subject to ticket and service fees.

Pre-selling of tickets will happen on March 18, 10 am at Novotel Cubao. Mechanics for the pre-sale event will be announced next week, as per MakeItLive.

Meanwhile, general sales will occur the following day online via TicketNet website and onsite at any TicketNet outlets starting at 12 nn.

A maximum of two (2) tickets can be purchased by each person. 

MakeItLive also announced that anyone accessing the pre-selling link could join the event. Participants will be asked to register through the MakeItLive website at www.makeitlive.asia to secure a QR code that will allow them to enter the event. Ticket quantities for pre-sale are also limited. 

Meet Taeyeon!

Kim Tae-yeon, also known mononymously as Taeyeon, is the South Korean group Girls’ Generation leader. She debuted in 2007 with members Sunny, Tiffany, Jessica, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun. However, Jessica left the group in September 2014.

The Make Me Love You singer debuted in 2015 by releasing her first mini-album, I.

Her most recent album, INVU, was released in 2022, bearing 13 records, including the title track INVU, Some Nights, Can’t Control Myself, Set Myself On Fire, Toddler, Siren, Cold As Hell, Timeless, Heart, No Love Again, You Better Not, Weekend, and Ending Credits.

Meet The Boyz!

The Boyz is an 11-piece boy group who debuted in 2017 under the IST Entertainment.

The group was initially composed of members Hwall, Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Juhaknyeon, Sunwoo, and Eric. But Hwall departed from the ban in 2019.

They are prominent for the songs REVEAL, MAVERICK, Giddy Up, Echo, and Bloom Bloom.

This all-male band recently released its eighth mini album, BE AWAKE, consisting of songs including Awake, ROAR, Blah Blah, Savior, Horizon, and Diamond Life.
