JAJA Santiago is making waves in Japan, with her present team at the professional V. League, Saitama Ageo Medics.
Santiago made significant points for Ageo Medics on their run in the 2022-223 V. League Season.
For this season, Santiago had tallied 171 attacks and 58 blocks in her past 23 games.
With 357 strokes, she scored 171, which translates to an attack rate of 47.9. This is the second highest in V.League, as of February 20.
Santiago is also the block leader in the tournament, tied with Thai middle blocker Thatdao Nuekjang, with 0.71 rejections per set.
In their last two games, Santiago helped the Saitama snatched their fifth straight win for a 17-6 win-loss record.
The former National University Lady Bulldogs star is helping her team with five consecutive wins.
