Miss Supranational Philippines Pauline Amelinckx has expressed her extreme happiness and excitement at officially representing the country at the pageant’s global counterpart happening in Poland this year.
In an Instagram post, the 26-year-old beauty queen said her win is just the start of a long journey ahead.
“Told ya it wasn’t the end yet,” she said on Instagram.
“And so a new chapter begins, one that will lead me, lead US to Poland for @misssupranational After years I’ll be able to wear the Philippine sash over my heart and that is so new and so exciting,” she said.
She also thanked everyone behind her who helped her reach this far. Just like others, the Bohol native also coined a hashtag for herself taking from a Visayan expression which means moving forward, “#PAUdayon ta!”

In a separate coronation ceremony held at the Okada Manila in the early hours of Sunday, May 14, Amelinckx was named Miss Supranational 2023. Meanwhile, Baguio’s Krishnah Gravidez is the new Miss Charm Philippines.
Makati’s Michelle Dee was crowned the new Miss Universe Philippines.
During the preliminaries, Amelinckx was already a pageant favorite and solidified her position as a front runner after bagging ten awards including Miss Creamsilk Ultimate, Miss Soen, Miss Kemans Body, Miss Origee Beauty Drink by Skin Magical, Miss Hello Glow, Miss Jojo Bragais, Miss Titan Universe, Miss Enderun, Miss Smilee Apparel, and Miss Avana.
