More complaints were filed against actress Awra Briguela in connection with the bar brawl in Makati City in June.
Complaints for light threats, grave coercion, and violation of the Safe Spaces Act were filed by Mark Christian Ravana before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office, his camp said on Wednesday.
On June 29, the 19-year-old comedian hogged the headlines when she and her friends partied at a bar in Poblacion, Makati, and later figured in an altercation with Ravana, whom she supposedly asked to undress.
Ravana later told police that Briguela hit him, and a commotion ensued when her friends got involved.
However, Briguela’s friends said she was only defending a friend who was supposedly harassed at the bar.
The actress was arrested after the incident and detained for days before being released after posting bail of P6,000 for cases of slight physical injuries and simple disobedience to a person in authority.
Briguela recently posted a photo on social media to promote her newest series, Comedy Island Philippines.
