The woman in the middle of the controversy, Kylie Padilla, finally spoke out and clarified that sexy actress AJ Raval is not the reason for the fallout of her marriage with Aljur Abrenica. 

Even before the admission of AJ and Aljur, netizens have been ganging up on AJ for allegedly being the third party to Kylie-Aljur separation. 

Bashings intensified as AJ and Aljur made their relationship public. 

In a recent lengthy exchange with a basher, AJ denied she is the reason for Kylie-Aljur  breakup. She said she only came into the picture in July of 2022, a year after Kylie and Aljur confirmed their separation. 

But it seemed that her denial wasn’t enough. And so, in a rare chance, the ex-wife stood up to defend the other woman. 

“Walang halong ka-echosan and sana hindi ako pagalitan ng GMA, hindi po talaga si AJ ‘yung reason and that’s the truth,” she said in a Facebook live on blogger Senyora’s page. 

“Kung meron man hindi po siya,” she added, hinting that, indeed, a third party was involved. 

She said she feels for AJ, who has been enduring online backlash because of her involvement with Aljur. She then called out to everyone to stop blaming AJ. 

“Tigilan na po natin please kasi it’s not fair to her. Naiiyak ako. Tama na, hindi po talaga siya, si AJ Raval. She’s not lying, we’re really okay pero tigilan niyo po please. Tama na guys. Hindi talaga siya, hindi siya and hindi ko ever sasabihin kung sino. Kasi ayoko na ng ganyan, nag-aano tayo ng hate,” she said.

Kylie also reiterated that she is now at peace and very happy, so she also wishes the same for the father of her kids. 

“Kung san siya masaya and kung sino po ang nagpapasaya sa kanila, I will want them to take care of it and be happy kasi siya po ang kahati ko sa mga anak ko eh so dapat masaya din yung tatay nila para buo yung mga anak ko kasi masaya na din naman na ako and ang ganda po ng mga nangyari sa kin,” she said. 

Kylie’s rumored boyfriend 

Earlier this year, Kylie made headlines when she posted photos and videos of her trip to Thailand with a guy rumored to be her new boyfriend. 

In a New Year reel she said, “Wandering with another fellow wanderer.” 

Back in 2021, Aljur broke his silence and revealed in a lengthy Facebook post that it was Kylie who cheated on him first. He pleaded, “Please tell them the truth.” 

The actress denied this in an exclusive interview with “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho.” 

“In my defense, while we were formally married, I never had any extramarital relationships with other men. That is my truth, and that’s what they keep throwing at me… Paano ako aamin sa bagay na hindi ko naman ginawa? Ang hirap non,” she said.
