BTS star Jung Kook met Grammy-winning producer Andrew Watt and Big Hit Music founder and HYBE chairman Bang Si-Hyuk recently, fueling speculations that a music collaboration is underway.
On Monday, Bang Si-Hyuk shared a photo on his personal Instagram account showing him standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Watt and the BTS’s golden maknae.
Bang Si-Hyuk did not give specifics. He simply expressed gratitude to record executive and music manager Scooter Braun for making the event possible. “You made this,” he said.

Braun, meanwhile, posted pictures of him with Jung Kook, Watt, and Canadian music producer Cirkut. “It is always fun to witness history. These are the moments. This is a BIG one,” said Braun in the caption.
Aside from the photos, Braun shared a teaser showing Jung Kook and Si-Hyuk in a recording studio.
Watt has produced music for Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and Ed Sheeran among others. Cirkut has produced music for Rihanna, Maroon 5, Katy Perry, and Britney Spears.
Braun produced music for Ariana Grande, Black Eyed Peas, and Demi Lovato. He serves as the chief executive officer of HYBE America, the American branch of HYBE, home to K-Pop artists such as BTS, TXT, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, and Newjeans.
