Here Lies Love is a biographical “disco pop” musical that was first showcased a decade ago at The Public Theater in New York and is based on the concept music album by David Byrne and Fatboy Slim.

This groundbreaking theatrical masterpiece narrates the former first lady’s “astonishing rise to power and subsequent fall at the hands of the Philippine People Power Revolution.”

The show will also mark the return of the critically acclaimed Filipina theater actress Lea Salonga to Broadway. She will portray the role of Aquino’s mother, Aurora, and will be producing the Broadway act.
