AUSTRALIAN singer and TikTo star Go-Jo, known for his humorous and musical content, would love to collaborate with international P-Pop sensation SB19.
Go-Jo recently visited the Philippines and toured the country’s capital, Manila.
“Yes, I would actually love to collaborate with SB19, that would be really cool. Shoutout to SB19, let’s make something, It’d be really cool,” he said in an exclusive interview with republicasia.
According to him, his team has been on the lookout for possible collaborations with various online superstars all over the world, and has been hearing about SB19 since they got to the Philippines.
SB19 is a five-member Filipino boy group who has made it to the international entertainment scene and has performed abroad. It has just kicked off its world tour.
Some of the group’s hits are Tilaluha, WYAT (Where You At), Alab and the recent infectious track Gento, which has also gained massive popularity on TikTok.
Go-Jo tours Manila
During his visit to Manila, Go-Jo, whose real name is Marty Zambotto, toured the old walled city of Intramuros.
But he would also love to see the Philippines’ famous, world-class beaches, he said.
“It’s been awesome. I love this country, I’ve only been to Manila so I haven’t experienced the whole of Philippines yet but I haven’t gone to the beaches,” he said.
He also got to try seafood and “chicken intestines,” or isaw.
Get to know Go-Jo
A quick glance at his Tiktok account, which has 565,000 followers, shows that Go-Jo produces a lot of hilarious content.
His most viewed skits involve him giving out free broccoli and $50 to strangers passing by after he invites them to do a challenge. He thought of including broccoli trick simply because it is his favorite vegetable, he said.
During his visit to the Philippines, he said he wanted to see how its broccoli tastes.
“I haven’t tried the broccoli here yet. I wanted to make a separate video of me trying the broccoli out here. Give it an honest grading,” said.
He films most of his content outdoors and this usually involves busking and singing. Through these, he gets to interact with people and entertain them with his own brand of comedy.
“I love filming content. I love going out into the public areas and meeting people and putting myself in uncomfortable situations because I learn a lot in those situations. You know when you’re uncomfortable, you learn a lot in those situations,” he said.
Mrs. Hollywood
Apart from his TikTok skits, Go-Jo has been known for his music. His song Mrs. Hollywood has been enjoying international success after going viral in countries like Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. It reached over 4.4 million streams in over a month.
One of his videos where he performed “Mrs. Hollywood” has now reached more than 48 million views.

Go-Jo shared that the song was inspired by a girl he met and spent time with in Los Angeles, but had to leave shortly after.
“The girl I actually wrote it about is called Mia and that’s the whole concept of Missing In Action because Mia is spelled MIA,” he said.
The girl he was talking about is also a Hollywood actress– Mia Challis.
“I went to Los Angeles and spent two days with her and she had to fly to Milan because she’s an actress,” he said.
Go-Jo has staged a string of concerts in other countries, and he also hopes to perform in the Philippines one day.
As for what his Filipino fans could expect from him, he said: “There’s one thing they all could look forward to and that’s chaos.”
