Newjeans gave us that nostalgic, Y2K feeling when they donned wide-leg pants, crop tops, high-waisted denim shorts, and sneakers for OMG. It feels like scanning 90s fashion magazines like Candy and 17. And Hyein using butterfly clips is the cherry on top.
NMIXX- Young, Dumb, Stupid
Y2K fashion is also known for its bubblegum fashion. NMIXX wore clear, rimless sunglasses and brightly colored tops. They also had their hair styled into high ponytails, buns, and microbraids, which were the hairstyles in the 2000s.
TXT- LO$ER= LO♡ER
Punk rock had its fame thanks to the rise of punk and emo music in the 2000s.
Rising as the “4th Gen Leaders,” TXT showed that they could switch from cute to a punk, emo rock band. Their style is similar to that of male rock bands like My Chemical Romance, All Time Low, and Fall Out Boy. Who could forget the monochromatic black outfit, black boots, and black eyeliner get up that were en vogue during their time?
