2 KPop groups to hold solo concerts in August, September

IT’S going to be a wild two months for Filipino MOAs and ATINYs as two South Korean groups will be performing in the country this August and September.

KPop boy group Tomorrow x Together or TXT is set to return to the Philippines to hold its solo concert in August.

The pop act first visited Manila in October 2022, playing for two nights as part of its Act: Lovesick world tour.

TXT’s music label Big Hit Music announced additional shows on Monday for the five-piece ensemble’s world tour called Act: Sweet Mirage.

The Philippine leg for TXT’s world tour will be staged at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on August 13.

LiveNation Philippines will be producing and organizing the event. It also said in a Twitter post that it will be releasing more details about the local show soon.

ATEEZ to follow 

Meanwhile, the eight-member, all-male group ATEEZ will be rocking the Philippine stage for its first solo concert in September.

The KPop’s pirate idols announced on Monday that they have included Manila for the Asian leg of their world tour called The Fellowship: Break the Wall.

ATEEZ will be holding the said concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on September 16.

The tour will also make a stop in neighboring countries Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand.

ATEEZ first went to the Philippines as one of the acts in the K-pop Masterz 2 concert in September 2022, alongside fellow South Korean boy group iKON and GOT7 member Youngjae.

TXT is a five-member South Korean boy group composed of Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai.

The group debuted in March 2019 under Big Hit Entertainment through the release of its first extended play (EP) called The Dream Chapter: Star.

It is widely known for popularizing the tracks LO$ER=LO♡ER, Blue Hour, Anti-Romantic, Good Boy Gone Bad, and Sugar Rush Ride.

ATEEZ is an eight-piece band formed under KQ Entertainment.
