DIGITAL wallet provider GCash on Thursday admitted that some of their users have experienced problems or difficulties in accessing some of their services.

But the Ayala-led fintech assured users that their funds are untouched.

“Rest assured that your funds are safe,” the Ayala-led fintech said in their social media page.

Likewise, they said that they are doing everything to restore their services as soon as possible.

Earlier the outage was reported at the website downdetector.com, where they noted a spike in the number of GCash users saying that they could not access the app or some of its services. 

It surged at 10 a.m.

This is not the first time that GCash services went down as it occurred for several times for some users in 2023.
