Sunshine to critics: ‘Wag pong kuda ng kuda’

by Izel Abanilla

ACTRESS Sunshine Dizon did not think twice when asked to return to former home network GMA 7 and face bashers who seem not to understand why had to make her choice.

Last Wednesday (January 18), the actress answered what seemed to be a now deleted tweet that suggested disapproval of her latest career move.

“Wag pong kuda ng kuda hindi mo alam ang real story, she said in a Tweet.

“Wala akong na burn na bridge. I can work with anyone i want to work with. I can also choose not to work kung gusto ko. Wag masyadong nag MAMARUNONG. TY,” she finished.

Kapuso comeback

Last year, rumors about Dizon transferring to another network were put to rest when news of her move was officially announced by ABS-CBN. After 25 years of Kapuso loyalty, she finally crossed fences and tried being a Kapamilya.

It can be remembered that her contract  was not renewed in 2021 and as a freelance artist, she decided to accept offers from ABS-CBN.

According to the actress, her move was simply a matter of career growth and that her departure from GMA was made with peace.

As a Kapamilya, Dizon starred with fellow former Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez in the series “Marry me, Marry you.”
