It is no secret that one can find greener pastures in ventures totally different from what they studied in college and celebrities are no exception. 

Some of the stars we know and love today went to university without knowing that their life will take a different turn.

Let’s take a look at some of them.

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach took up Culinary Arts at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS) in Manila. However, instead of pursuing a career in the food and restaurant industry, she strove to be an actress and now a beauty queen.

One of the most well-known showbiz personalities who boasts of an impressive scholastic background is actress and vlogger Maricar Reyes-Poon.
