A GROUP of social media practitioners filed a criminal complaint against vlogger Toni Fowler on Wednesday over her alleged obscene music videos.
The complaint for violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act was filed by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KSMBP) with the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.
Mark Tolentino, the group’s legal counsel, said Fowler’s music videos showed sex organs and a minor, which fall under ”obscene and indecent publication.”
Fowler has yet to issue a statement regarding the complaint.
