THE Bureau of Immigration has urged international travelers to prioritize early check-in amid the busy Undas season.
Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco said travelers should be at the airport at least three hours before their scheduled flight.
To manage the influx of travelers during the Undas holidays, the BI has deployed additional immigration officers, assigned augmentation teams, and introduced mobile counters.
Tansingco also instructed all terminal heads to closely monitor the BI’s operations in the coming weeks to detect and resolve any potential issues promptly.
“While we anticipate some waiting times due to simultaneous arrivals and departures, we have implemented measures to ensure that lines remain manageable,” he said.
