IT took almost two hours for the Andas, the wheeled carriage carrying the image of Jesus Nazareno, to arrive at the Ayala Bridge across the Pasig River in Manila.

According to the Manila Police District (MPD), the 400-year-old picture of Jesus Nazareno has been traveling continuously from Quirino Grandstand to Quiapo church. However, due to the devotees climbing to the Andas—trying to approach the image closer,

It causes traveling to slow down.

After crossing the Ayala Bridge, the procession of the image turned left to Palanca Street and right to Quezon Boulevard.

At 12:45 pm, the Manila Public Information Office posted a picture on Facebook showing thousands of devotees at Quiapo.
