MEN (or boys) generally woo a woman especially if they are beautiful to their eyes.

But a 37-year-old male from Cebu City simply attacked three women on separate occasions.

His reason – they are attractive.

According to the report, the man, who was pounced on by bystanders on B. Rodriguez Street, Cebu City was arrested by authorities after he punched a female passerby for no apparent reason.

Incidentally, two police officer from the Cebu City Police Station saw the commotion.

They immediately arrested the man who was identified as “Binong.”

According to Major Mark Don Alfred Leanza, chief of Abellana Police Station, the suspect even provided two of his residences – one in Carcar City and one in Bohol.

While he declined to answer most questions of the police, he did answer the reason for punching women – he hates attractive women and that they are his favorite targets.

Leanza said that the first person to enter their office on Sunday was a certain Emma who said that Binong shoved her and punched her in the eyes at around 6:35 p.m. at D. Jakosalem Street, Barangay Zapatera, Cebu City.

Shortly after another woman came and said she was also beaten by the same suspect at the Ministry of Health on Osmeña Boulevard.

The victim, a 20-year-old girl identified as “May,” said she had just completed the NC III Accounting course with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) when she was approached and punched.

The victims claimed that they will pursue the charges.

But it was learned that Binong is said to be suffering from mental illness.

However, Leanza said they will have this verified by a medical professional.
