WALANG PASOK! Class suspensions for September 5, 2024

by Kiko Cueto

DUE to the continued rains brought about by the inclement weather brought about by the southwest monsoon or “habagat” that intensified due to the recent Tropical Storm Enteng, classes were suspended in various areas.

According to the official social media post of the Marikina City Public Information Office, the LGU quoted Mayor Macy Teodoro as suspending face-to-face classes due to possible flooding due to continued rains.

Here are the other areas that suspended classes on September 5: Manila-alla levels, public and private, Mandaluyong City-all levels public and private; Marikina – all levels, public and private; Bacoor, Cavite – all levels public and private; Basista, Pangasinan – all levels, public and private; Botolan, Zambales – all levels, public and private; La Paz, Tarlac – all levels, public and private; Mabalacat, Pampanga – all levels, public and private; Nasugbu, Batangas – all levels, public and private; Rizal – all levels, public and private; and General Santos City – all levels, public and private but for the 26th Tuna Festival)

Keep refreshing for the latest updates and class suspensions.
