THE application for the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) is extended until April 14, 2025, according to the official announcement made by the Office of Admission on Monday, March 31.
“Current Grade 11 students or incoming new first-year students for AY 2026-2027 must fill out and submit their application or Form 1 by the extended deadline,” they said on their Facebook post.
The initial deadline set for UPCAT was on April 4.
Meanwhile, the completion of Form 2A and the confirmation of students by senior high schools have been extended until April 25, 2025. This extension provides schools with more time to finalize and verify student information.
All forms of UPCAT application are done online, with exception in certain regional areas. Applicants are required to submit several forms including Personal Data Sheet, High School Record, along with their photo and electronic signature.
