TELECOM giant Smart Communications said that they are continuing to restore services in parts of Metro Manila and Luzon. 

This meant that there are still areas that are still suffering from no service or downgraded services.

According to their Facebook post, Smart said some customers in Metro Manila, northern Luzon, and southern Luzon may still experience intermittent services.

Smart had admitted that they had problems with their service last night.

They said that they may have problems with cellphone service because of a power outage at one of its facilities.
