THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said that the reported deaths due to the magnitude 6.9 Bogo City in the province on Tuesday night, Sept. 30, 2025.
Likewise, the NDRRMC said that the number of injured rose to 559 injured. All reports are subject for vlidation.
Meanwhile, some 128,464 families or 455,631 individuals were reported as to be affected by the earthquake.
The NDRRMC said that the quake also triggered two landslides in Region 7.
“A total of 8 road sections and 15 bridges were affected,” the NDRRMC said. Four roads and seven bridges remained not passable on Sunday.
The same report said that some 91 cities and municipalities had power outages, but 43 areas already had their power supply restored.
The number of damaged houses is now at 18,154 in Region 7. Of the said number, 3,507 were totally damaged. Meanwhile, 713 infrastructure were reported damaged in Region 7 and fifty-three cities and municipalities have so far declared a state of calamity.
A total of 116,628 families were identified to be requiring assistance costing P55,279,308.65.
