AFTER six months, the Lagusnilad underpass in Manila will be opened to motorists anew.
According to the Manila City Local Government Unit, after undergoing rehabilitation, will be reopened at Tuesday morning.
A program for the reopening will start at 8:30 a.m.
The underpass is located in front of Manila City Hall.
It was closed to traffic on May 2.
Earlier, the Manila City government noted that rehabilitation is needed for the said underpass.
It included upgrading, concreting, and drainage improvement and was supposed to last until September.
