AFTER GCash suddenly “disappeared” in the Google Play Store, the fintech firm issued a statement with regards to the issue.

According to GCash, they started updating some of the features in their application for Android devices.

They are working tightly with Google, in order to bring back the app again on the Play Store.

According to GCash, there are users who wants to download the app from the platform who may experience difficulties.

They advised their customers to “stay tuned for more updates”.

Likewise, GCash reassured the current GCash users that their respective accounts and funds are safe and secure.

Meanwhile, for Apple users, the GCash app remains available in the App Store.

HUAWEI users on the other hand, have to use the HUAWEI App Gallery which the company says the app is still available.
