SEVERAL government agencies have crafted guidelines to address incidents of gender-based sexual harassment.
Launched on Thursday, the guidelines prepared by the Department of Justice, the Philippine National Police, and the National Bureau of Investigation aim to provide specific protocols for gathering evidence and handling complaints.
The details of the guidelines have not yet been released.
“With the guidelines prepared by the task force, we already have a game plan. We already have these processes that would ensure that from here and thereafter, we have a truly coordinated and comprehensive effort of law enforcement and prosecution against sexual predators,” Justice Undersecretary Raul Vasquez said.
