Harry Styles to serenade Filipino fans on ‘Love on Tour’

FILO Harries would surely be tasting strawberries on a summer evening as the Watermelon Sugar hitmaker Harry Styles will be rocking the Philippine stage on March 14.

The former One Direction member, who recently took home the Best Album award for his third studio album Harry’s House at the 2023 Grammys, will make a stop in Manila for his Love On Tour show.

Styles’ performance will take place at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Tuesday, March 14.

The British singer-songwriter kicked off his world tour last September 4, 2021 and is set to end on July 22.

The Love On Tour show has made several stops around the world including Asia, Latin America, North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.

The As It Was singer also invited special guests to perform with him on stage, which includes Mitski, Jenny Lewis, Blood Orange, and Wet Leg to name a few.

According to reports, Styles have already accumulated approximately $338.9 million since the start of his 120-show world tour and has sold more than 2.6 million tickets worldwide.

Meanwhile, due to overwhelming demand from Filipino Harries, the concert organizer, LiveNation PH, announced on March 4 that it will be releasing additional standing tickets for Styles’ Manila act.

Meet Harry!

Styles is a former member of one of the biggest boy bands in history, One Direction. He rose to fame along with other members Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik due to their outstanding performances at the British talent show The X-Factor.

In 2011, the band released its first album called Up All Night with the carrier single What Makes You Beautiful.

One Direction visited Manila for the first time in March 2015 for its On The Road Again Tour.

In the same month, Malik departed from the group to pursue his solo career ambitions.

The following year, the band went on an indefinite hiatus and the members slowly started their solo activities starting with Styles.

He released his self-titled album, a first in his solo career, in May 2017 after signing a solo contract with RCA Records in July 2016.

Meanwhile, he released his second and third studio albums Fine Line in 2019 and Harry’s House in 2022.
