GET your wallets ready, Choi Woo-shik fans!
Concert organizer Grand Larain Productions released the ticket prices and seat plan for Choi’s first fan meet, titled “Pinky Promise,” in Manila on November 16 at the SM North Skydome.
Ticket prices range from P5,500 for Gold, P8,500 for Platinum, P9,000 for VIP, and P9,500 for VVIP.
More details will be announced on October 18 at 6 p.m.
The organizers first announced Choi’s fan meet on September 27.
“From randomly strolling around Navotas to finally meeting us,” it said, adding, “Let us welcome with open arms the K-drama idol, Choi Woo Shik.”
While this is his first fan meet, it is not the first time Choi encountered some of his fans in the country.
In March 2023, the actor trended on X as Filipino netizens shared several photos of him walking around Navotas City to film for a project. The photos showed him being accompanied by a filming crew.
Fan benefits
The fan benefits will depend on the tickets they purchased and a raffle.
VVIP ticket holders will get access to a group photo and priority lane to the merch booth, a photocard, an official poster, a snack voucher, and a chance to get signed posters and be part of the question-and-answer portion with the actor.

Gold ticket holders will get a photocard and an official poster.
All attendees will have access to the send off/goodbye session with the actor, which was initially given only to VVIP and VIP ticket holders.
“Grand Larain Productions and our Korean partners have received approval to make the “hi bye” fan benefit open to all tiers for everyone to enjoy,” the organizer said.
Details for the group photo and goodbye session activities will be announced a week before the fan meet.
Meanwhile, signed posters winners will be raffled on the day of the event.
Projects
Choi has gained immense popularity with his role as a free-spirited illustrator Choi Woong in the 2021 South Korean romantic-comedy series “Our Beloved Summer.” He was partnered with actress Kim Da-mi, who played the role of PR expert Kook Yeon-soo.
“Our Beloved Summer” centers on bickering ex-lovers Choi Woong and Kook Yeon-soo who are forced to work together again for a documentary, after the one they filmed in high school went viral.
The chemistry between Choi and Kim was well-received by many K-drama fans. They also gained nominations for the Best Couple Award at the 2021 SBS Drama Awards and 2022 APAN Star Awards.
But this was not the first time that Choi and Kim worked together. They also starred in the science fiction-horror film “The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion.”
In the 2018 movie, Choi played the role of a Gwigongja who chases after a young girl named Ja-yoon, portrayed by Kim, who has telekinetic abilities.
Choi also played roles in award-winning films “Train to Busan” and “Parasite.”
Currently, the actor appears in the 2023 television show “Jinny’s Kitchen,” along with V of boy group BTS and actor Park Seo-joon. The three stars are also part of the popular Wooga squad, a five-member friend group that also includes actor Park Hyung-sik and rapper Peakboy.
