IF you’re looking for a sign to be one of the members of the female Philippine Pop (P-Pop) group in the Philippines then, this is for you.
P-Pop group SB19’s entertainment handler 1Z Entertainment announced through their social media pages last Saturday, June 8, 2024 that they are opening this year’s girl group audition.
The entertainment group offers opportunities for talented individuals who have artistic skills to gain valuable experience in a creative and dynamic environment.
1Z Entertainment emphasises successful applicants will have a chance to work closely with experts in the industry.
“They could also gain valuable experience from mentors, participate in workshops and training sessions, and collaborate on various artistic projects,” the entertainment group noted.
Aspiring applicants should be a Filipina who is 18 to 21 years old, willing to learn and has a talent in singing, rapping, dancing, and/or modelling.
Now that we know what 1Z Entertainment can offer and what specifically they are looking for a trainee, let’s talk about the audition requirements.
Applicants should fill out their online application form, prepare a 1-minute dance routine video, and 1-minute vocal—whether a song or a rap—routine video. Both videos should be raw video only and no edit or filters.
In addition, the entertainment group reminds applicants that high quality videos in landscape orientation is much appreciated, only solo performances are allowed, and that videos uploaded in Youtube that are “unlisted” will be accepted.
The audition process has three stages.
Initial Process
Aspiring applicants should upload the two (2) one-minute audition videos for both dancing & singing or rapping routines, and submit the audition pieces & personal information through the “Apply Now” button below on or before June 8 to 29, 2024.
Second Screening
Applicants should attend a face-to-face audition when they are notified that they have passed the initial screening and prepare for the performance reviews and interviews.
Deliberation & Final Selection
The audition team will conduct the final deliberation and selection, and applicants will wait for their final call and should prepare for the contract signing.
