IT’S time for another “caffeine” boost.
Sabrina Carpenter, the singer of Espresso, announced that her sixth studio album, “Short n Sweet”, will be released on August 23rd.
“This project is quite special to me, and I hope it’ll be special to you too,” Carpenter said on her official X (formerly Twitter) page.
As of writing, the album is available for pre-order. Carpenter also hinted at a surprise for her fans, stating, “I have something coming for you on Thursday night, so keep an eye out.”
After the announcement, fans expressed their support and excitement on X. One fan responded, “So happy to be getting another album to listen to 24/7! So proud of you, Sabrina.”
“Oh my God, what! We will all be streaming! This is going to be a hot girl summer from June all the way to August,” another fan on X said.
Some fans already believed that this album would be a hit, “I feel like she’s gonna break records with this one,” one fan said. Others are praising her already, “I know this will be the album of the summer”.
Meanwhile, some fans are confident that this album will beat the records of her past ones, “The way this might top singular act 2, I’m so ready,” one fan said.
Recently, Carpenter released five new versions of her hit single, “Espresso”, including sped-up, slowed-down, instrumental, an acapella, and an extended version. Espresso is the first single on the album.
“Short n Sweet” will be Carpenter’s first album release following “Email I Can’t Send”, which was released in 2022 and featured hit singles “Nonsense” and “Feather”.
