THE second season of the hit live-action adventure “One Piece” will premiere on Netflix on March 10, 2026.
This was announced on the official Facebook page of the live-action series, along with a poster for the second season, titled “One Piece: Into the Grand Line.”
The poster featured protagonist Monkey D. Luffy, played by Iñaki Godoy, standing on a snowy island and gazing at a group of drum-shaped mountains from a distance.
These mountains are known as the Drum Rockies, sitting on Drum Island. The series has also shared first-look photos at Drum Island, featuring the Straw Hats climbing up a snow-covered mountain.
“On this snowy land of Drum, it’s best to expect the unexpected,” it wrote in the caption.
Based on the manga series of the same name by Eiichiro Oda, “One Piece” follows Luffy, a young pirate whose goal is to become the next Pirate King and find the mysterious “One Piece” treasure, along with the Straw Hats.
In the second season of the live-action series, Straw Hats will deal with “fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet.
The official synopsis read: “Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line — a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”
The forthcoming season will also feature new characters, including the Straw Hats’ beloved doctor, Tony Tony Chopper.
The series has also been renewed for season three on Netflix, with Ian Stokes joining as Joe Tracz’s co-showrunner, writer, and executive producer.
