BELOVED anime and best-selling manga series ‘One Piece’ is set to sail for a concert in Manila this coming November.
Brought by Film Concerts PH, the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates will come to life with its ‘One Piece Music Symphony,’ the only official concert experience that is based on the Japanese manga One Piece.
The event is set to take place at The Theatre at Solaire on November 8 and 9; featuring more than 60 musicians from the Filharmonika Orchestra performing Kohei Tanaka’s original score live.
It will also be synchronized with high-definition scenes from the anime.
Arrangements and music prepared for the tour will be brought to you by Tanaka and will also include the anime’s latest TV opening theme, “UUUUUS!”
Fan-favorite track lines such as Haha naru Umi” (Mother Sea), “Sekai no ichiban oden da!!” (This is the best oden in the world!!), and “Ore no saikouchiten” (Luffy’s Gear 5 Theme) will also be played in the concert.
Starting August 8 at 10 am, pre-selling of the tickets will be available for the members of the Film Concerts PH community.
Meanwhile, public ticket sales will open on September 2 at noon at Ticketworld.com.ph.
The said music concert is a celebration over 25 years of “One Piece,” capturing the series’ theme of adventure, friendships, and battles.
