AS the southwest monsoon and a low-pressure area continue to fill the country with torrential showers, roads and streets are flooded, making it impassable for pedestrians and vehicles.
P. Tuazon, Quezon City, is flooded, making it hard for vehicles to pass through.
The flood was at the gutter level, with some people choosing not to go outside, and vehicles were able to slowly pass through.
However, in the lower area of P. Tuazon, stores and houses are slightly flooded in their spaces.
Further floods had been recorded in the area of Quezon City, submerging roads in the area as of 10:30 am.
Areas such as Kaliraya St., Banawe Area, and Amoranto St. toward G. Araneta are impassable by small vehicles, while some parts of Roxas District / Roces Avenue have been submerged by the flood.
At Tandang Sora Avenue (near Visayas Avenue), moderate to heavy traffic is being experienced due to the knee-level flood.
Slow traffic is being experienced on Commonwealth Avenue due to water accumulation.
In a post made by a netizen from San Juan City, people residents of San Perfecto are seen having a hard time passing through the street due to the flood.
The flood level was at about knee level and tire level with the water entering the homes of the residents.
Due to a rainy morning, Marulas, Valenzuela City, is also flooded at about half tire level.
Meanwhile, floods within the higher-level areas are only at the gutter level, making it still possible for both residents and vehicles to pass the roads and streets.
The continuous rain showers had caused Lawton in Manila to have flooding that reached up to half a tire level, while people who were passing through were walking through a flood at about half knee to knee level.
The same condition can also be seen at España Boulevard in Manila, submerging some vehicles that pass through the road.
The water level was at half tire deep, making it impassable for light vehicles.
People in Makati near the EDSA Ayala tunnel are stranded due to the impassable road that’s been submerged in the flood at tire level.
]At Barangay Conception Dos Pio Del Pilar St., Marikina City, was also seen to be submerged, with the road being impassable for light vehicles.
The water level for people passing by is at half-knee to knee level with the flood crashing like waves in the area.

As of writing, the Marikina City Rescue released a Facebook post notifying that the Marikina Water Level is now at 1st alarm, with the water level reaching 15.8 meters.
Earlier, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) had recorded the death toll from Bagyong Crising, and the habagat had risen to 5, with over 800,000 people being affected by the storm.
