After more than four years of dating, actress Lovi Poe married film producer Monty Blencowe at a ceremony held at Cliveden House in Berkshire, England, on Saturday, August 26.
During the wedding ceremony, Lovi walked beautifully in her Patricia Santos high-neck, backless wedding gown. As seen in an Instagram post by Tim Yap, the bride stated: “I wanna savor this moment,” as she walked down the aisle with the instrumental version of Regine Velasquez’s “Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigin Ka” playing in the background.
Some of those who witnessed the couple exchange vows were Senator Grace Poe, Brian Poe, Bella Padilla, Rhian Ramos, celebrity couple Vicky Belo and Hayden Kho, and Yap.
For years, the couple had kept a low-key long-distance relationship, with Lovi frequently traveling back and forth from the Philippines to Los Angeles. They were first spotted together in 2019 and later went public on Instagram in the same year.
Lovi disclosed her engagement to Monty on August 8, 2023.
“A couple of years ago, there were two coffees, one sunrise, and a ring,’’ she said on Instagram.
