HEADS UP Theatergoers! Les Misérables: World Tour Spectacular is landing in Manila this coming January.
Set to perform live in a limited run at The Theatre at Solaire, Les Misérables: World Tour Spectacular will land in Manila for Filipino viewers to enjoy.
The production will be presented by Cameron Mackintosh, Nick Grace Management, and GMG Productions, coinciding with the show’s 40th anniversary at London’s Sondheim Theatre.
“We’re beyond thrilled to bring this monumental show back to Manila. This time in a groundbreaking, never-before-seen format,” CEO of GMG Productions, Carlos Candal said.
“Filipino audiences have always shown incredible passion for world-class theater, and we know ‘Les Misérables: World Tour Spectacular’ will be unlike anything they’ve experienced before,” he added.
At London’s Sondheim Theatre, the performance marks the musical’s 40th anniversary and is marketed as a “breathtaking reimagining” of Boublil and Schönberg’s worldwide success, which has been watched by over 130 million people all over the world.
Coming from the record-breaking “Les Misérables: The Staged Concert,” which played 200 performances in the West End, the “World Tour Spectacular” will feature new sets and lighting designs, with a cast and crew of more than 110.
The production will also feature an international all-star cast, as well as a large group of Filipinos and international musicians performing live.
The show in Manila will run from January 20 to February 15, 2026.
Starting August 11, tickets will go on sale via TicketWorld.
