“Hello, Love, Again, breaks into US box office top 10

ANOTHER reaping success for ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema and GMA Pictures after the much-awaited film “Hello, Love, Again,” debuted at No. 8 in the US box office. 

The long-awaited sequel to “Hello, Love, Goodbye” premiered on the big screen on November 13 and has since dominated the local cinemas–reaching P500 million mark in the Philippine cinemas as of November 18. 

Starring Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, the movie “Hello, Love, Again” continues the story of Joy and Ethan following the events of 2019 blockbuster, “Hello, Love, Goodbye.” 

While the film tackles the love story of Joy and Ethan, the movie also shows the struggles of overseas Filipino workers. 

The success of the film had also reached the US box office. 

According to a report by Deadline, on its opening weekend, the “Hello, Love, Again,” has earned $2.4 million at 248 sites in the US. 

Aside from earning $2.4 million in the US, “Hello, Love, Again ” also placed 8th in the current Top 10 films in the US, making it the first Filipino film to make the list.   

The film is currently showing in 1,000 cinemas in the world, including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Guam,
