BRITISH celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey is set to open his first restaurant in the Philippines in 2024.
Ramsey’s Bar & Grill will have its own branch at the Newport World Resorts in Pasay City. And yes, the iconic Beef Wellington will also be served.
Gordon Ramsey Bar and Grill is known for its signature rare breed steaks. Before having to be grilled, the steaks are to be ‘aged on-site in specialist Himalayan salt lockers’ making it have the best quality and taste.
The customers are also given a choice of a daily selection of native and rare breed prime beef cuts. It is sourced from its artisan suppliers and dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days.
Aside from steaks, the restaurant will also include burgers, market fish, and salad.
Newport World Resorts’ chairman Kevin Tan stated, “We are delighted to partner with chef Gordon Ramsay on his first restaurant in the Philippines.”
Customers can also look forward to more exciting announcements from them in the next few months.
