In the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup Asian Qualifiers he played a game where he scored 9 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and issued an assist.

Born November 17, 1989, the 33-year old hulking player first played center for the University of Cebu Webmasters.
He was drafted by the San Miguel Beermen in the Asean Basketball League in the Asean Basketball League before being selected as the first overall in the 2012 PBA draft by the Petron Blaze Boosters (Who will revert to San Miguel Beer in the coming years).
Fajardo first played for the national team and earned a silver medal at the 2013 FIBA Asia Championship for Gilas Pilipinas.
He achieved history when he won the MVP award for six consecutive seasons, from 2014 to 2019.
