Filipino ENGENES, fans of ENHYPEN, welcomed their beloved K-pop group upon their arrival on Monday, May 27, despite the inclement weather. They created various tags to trend, one of them being “EN-DITO Na Naman Sila,” which immediately landed on the trending list on X (formerly Twitter).

“Totoo na talaga to nasa pinas na sila,” posted user always_enhypen0 on X, along with an embedded video showing the group leaving the airport and heading to their private vehicle.

ENHYPEN’s first Philippine fan base, “ENHYPEN; Philippines,” encouraged fellow fans to trend tags for the group’s return to the country, “PH ENGENEs! Despite the pouring rain, let’s give our sevEN a warm welcome and cheers! Our ENHYPEN, maligayang pagbabalik sa Pilipinas!” with the tags “#ASweetExperienceWithBENCH” and “#BENCHandENHYPEN” they wrote in their post on X.

“Clear your schedules and make way for ‘A Sweet Experience’ with @ENHYPEN! May 28, 2024, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. SAVE THE DATE!!!” wrote Bench as they officially announced the fan meet on their social media platforms.

The group’s last visit to the Philippines was on February 3 for a Fate show at the New Clark City Stadium in Tarlac. They also had their 3-day, sold-out concert from February 3 to 5 held in Mall of Asia Arena, which was monumental as they were the first K-pop group in the Philippines to do so.

The seven-member boy band is composed of Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon and Ni-ki. The group made their official debut on November 30, 2020, upon releasing their EP titled “Border: Day One.”

The group was formed through the survival competition show called “I-Land” under Belift Lab co-founded by CJ ENM and Hybe Corporation.
