ARE you looking for a peaceful work place where you can stay without making your wallet say “ouch?” This library in Makati City might just be for you.
Located on the top floor of the Ayala Museum, the Filipinas Heritage Library is a one-stop digital research center that is home to many visual, aural, and printed works of Filipino culture. The library is also home to Filipino history and literature that visitors can pick from their shelves.
Aside from having a collection about the Filipino culture and history, the research center also has a desktop where you can browse the books that you want to read.
The books themselves can’t be taken home. However, the research center offers a scanning service where you can get a partial copy of the book.
As for the working area, each desk has a power outlet where you can conveniently work or study.
For the price of P300 for a day pass and P150 for students, visitors can enjoy working in this cozy atmosphere for the whole day. Filipina Heritage Library: a cozy working place for only P150
