On Friday, concert promoter Wilbros Live announced on X (formerly Twitter) that South Korean singer D.O., whose real name is Doh Kyungsoo, will bring his “DO it” concert tour to the country on August 16.

According to Company Soosoo, D.O.’s agency, the “DO it” concert tour will kick off with a two-day show in Seoul, from July 19 to 20. It will be followed by shows in Taipei, Jakarta, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Bangkok, and Tokyo.
More Asian countries will be included in the tour, it said.
The “DO it” concert tour comes after D.O. held his two-day “BLOOM” fan concert on August 31 and September 1, 2024 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. This marked his first fan concert in the Philippines, which followed EXO’s “ElyXiOn in Manila” concert in 2018.
EXO recently celebrated its 13th debut anniversary, with D.O., Suho, Kai, and Chanyeol hosting a special live broadcast for its fans, also known as EXO-Ls.
A multifaceted artist
D.O. debuted as a vocalist of EXO in 2012, under the South Korean label SM Entertainment. The group is known globally for its chart-topping songs like “Monster,” “Ko Ko Bop,” “Love Shot,” “Growl,” and “Tempo.”
He debuted as a solo artist in July 2021, releasing his eight-track album “Empathy.” It featured “I’m Gonna Love You,” one of his most-played songs on Spotify with over 103 million streams.
D.O. released his second mini album, “Empathy,” in September 2023, followed by his third and latest mini album, “BLOSSOM,” in 2024.
He is among the well-known multifaceted South Korean artists, who is also recognized for his outstanding acting skills. He ventured into acting in 2014, starring in the drama film “Cart” and romance series “It’s Okay, That’s Love.”
Among his notable movies are “Pure Love,” “My Annoying Brother,” “Swing Kids,” and “The Moon,” which all won him multiple acting and popularity awards. His most recent big-screen project is the 2025 romantic fantasy film “Secret: Untold Melody,” which premiered in Philippine cinemas in February.
D.O. is also known for his roles in Korean dramas “100 Days My Prince” and “Bad Prosecutor.”
