Trigger warning mentions of sexual assault
FILIPINA event host and vlogger Bianca Valero is offering a P500,000 reward to the arrest of the man who sexually assaulted her back in 2021.
In March 2022, the host posted an Instagram video detailing her devastating experience.
“Last June 23, 2021, I was sexually assaulted by a male individual. He was one of the guests at an intimate private party I was hired to host for.” She said.
Valero noted that she would later find out that her attacker—who introduced himself as a PR in a mobile app has not been invited in the party in the first place.
Bianca stated that she had never seen, met, or heard about the man before that evening. “He was this cuddly teddy bear who was truly the Mr. PR he is known to be.”
During the party, the man had offered illegal drugs—revealing that in 2014, the man is a convicted felon who was arrested for drugs.
Aside for being a convicted felon with a criminal record, Bianca also shared that she wasn’t only the victim of the man.
“Just because I was kind to you, you probably thought that it was okay to take advantage of me, to manipulate me, to isolate me, to physically hurt me, and to sexually assault me. Even if I keep begging and begging you, ‘Why are you doing this? Please, don’t do this. Please stop, don’t do this.” She said.
Yesterday, Bianca Valero posed a picture of the man who assaulted her back in 2021 with a an offer for any help that would lead to the arrest of Gibson Arca.
“When I hosted that event in June 2021, not a single person—client, organizer, or guest—cared to warn me about Gibson’s predatory behavior,” she wrote. “In three years since the incident, no one has ever helped me put him in jail. This is where I ask for your help to warn the world who Gibby Arca is.”

“I shall reward half a million pesos to anyone who can guarantee his arrest.” She added.
