ON “Fast talk,” TV host Boy Abunda confirmed that actor Dominique Roque and actress Bea Alonzo had split up.
“As we talked today, yes, hiwalay na po si Dominic at si Bea,” Tito Boy said.
According to him, Dominique may be currently wooing Bea to fix their relationship—but for now, the two had broken up. It is also said that as reported by his source, Dom and Bea had recently talked again, meaning that there’s a chance that the couple may still work things out.

Speculations of them being together first started in July of 2020 after Dominique posted a picture on Instagram with the caption: ““Tila ako’y nabighani”
April 2021
On April 2021, in an interview with Mega Magazine–Bea Alonzo had confirmed that she and Domique are dating but clarified that were not in an exclusive relationship.
She said: “I decided that I’m not going to be a prisoner of my past. I’m open to falling in love again. I am very careful when it comes to falling so deep again and trusting anybody, but I would like to say that I am open to being happy whether it’s romantically or in that aspect, romance or work,”
July 2021
Further romance speculations between the two got fueled when the couple began posting pictures of their trip together in the US. On their West Coast trip, the two are spotted attending a baby shower together of former actress Beth Tamayo.
Dominique shared an Instagram story video, showing him as he celebrates his birthday with Bea.
Domique had also posted pictures of him and Bea on instagram with the caption: “Lover.”

In an interview with 24 oras, the actress opened up about her love life–stating that she is being cautious about sharing her relationship to the public eye.
“It just came out naturally. Alam ko na prior to the posting, marami nang haka-haka ang mga tao-tao. It’s not like I was trying to hide it. I think I was just trying to be careful given my past experience. Syempre gusto kong masiguro muna kung saan siya pupunta bago siya gawing official. Bea stated on the interview.
“I am happy na everything’s so right, and everything is being celebrated,” Bea added.
Even if the two had made their relationship instagram official, Bea claimed that she wanted to keep it low-key.

On January 28, 2022–the two had celebrated their first anniversary.
July 2023
After two years of dating, the couple announced their engagement.
The actress revealed black-and-white pictures of the proposal, which happened at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan, in July 2023.
During a picture shoot with celebrity fashion photographer Mark Nicdao, Alonzo described how she was requested to turn around for one of his shots and that’s when she saw Roque kneeling in front of her, visible ring in hand.
Bea later released a vlog of their engagement a week later.
