Boracay and Iloilo now accessible by bus from Antipolo

In Iloilo, you will discover a hidden gem that has a wealth of history, stunning landscapes, and a welcoming atmosphere, providing an unparalleled combination of tranquility and excitement.

For those seeking an authentic experience, Iloilo is a destination worth considering. Iloilo’s beaches offer something for everyone, whether you’re an adventurous explorer seeking out hidden coves or a relaxed traveler who simply wants to unwind under a palm tree. 

Now, imagine having the convenience of a bus ride that can take you to both of those places. Exciting news for travelers: a new bus route in Antipolo now offers convenient transportation to both Boracay and Iloilo. 

Say hello to a seamless journey to these popular destinations! Robinsons Antipolo recently shared an exciting update on Facebook by revealing a new route that connects Antipolo to the stunning beaches of Boracay and Iloilo. 

This development promises enhanced accessibility for travelers seeking to explore these beautiful destinations.

The new route, which was introduced on April 26, features a single point-to-point trip departing from Robinsons Antipolo at 11 a.m. everyday. The entire journey is expected to last approximately 18 hours, with the estimated arrival to Caticlan at 5 a.m.

From Antipolo to Boracay and Iloilo

The route includes stops at Cubao, Alabang, Batangas, Caticlan, Antique, Capiz/Estancia, and the final stop at Tagbac, Jaro, Iloilo. 

For those planning a trip to Caticlan, the fixed rate for the route is at P2,400 per person. However, if your destination is the stunning beaches of Iloilo, the price increases to P2,700 per person for a one-way journey.

Both these tickets come with roll-on/roll-off (RORO) fare. To book tickets, simply call RRCG Transport’s customer service at 0950-3949335. 

Make sure to select Robinsons Antipolo as your departure point. Simply provide your desired destination, your name and contact details, and choose your seat.

Payment for the tickets can be made at the cashier located at the transport terminal in Robinsons Antipolo. The cashier will then provide you with your receipt and the seat number you selected during the booking process. 

Returning to Antipolo 

To return to Antipolo, you will need to purchase another ticket from the booking terminals located at Caticlan and Iloilo. 

The price for a bus ticket from Caticlan to Antipolo is P2,000. At the Caticlan Port, travelers have the convenience of two departure times daily: 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. 

Booking your ticket at the Caticlan Port is a convenient option. In contrast, a return bus ticket from Iloilo to Antipolo is priced at P2,400. 

Every day, the bus leaves promptly at 4 a.m. from the Tagbak Bus Terminal, where you can conveniently purchase your ticket as well. 

When embarking on a bus journey, it is advisable to arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
