Bea Fabregas’ son Tyler receives flowers, stuffed toy from Beyoncè

by Joanna Deala

AMERICAN pop superstar Beyoncè has gained a new “friend” whom she sent a special gift to: a two-year-old boy named Tyler from the Philippines.

On Wednesday, Filipina sportscaster Bea Fabregas, Tyler’s mom, shared on Instagram that Beyoncè sent her son a bouquet of his favorite blue flowers and an animal stuffed toy.

She shared several photos of Tyler receiving the gift from Beyoncè.

In the caption, Fabregas said that the gift was accompanied by Beyoncè’s message to Tyler, which the broadcaster described as “the sweetest message that our family will now always treasure.”

She said that the note began with “To my friend Tyler” and continued with, “I see your halo, Tyler.”

“For the record [Beyoncè] and Tyler are now actually, officially friends!” Fabregas said.

Beyoncè’s special gift was delivered to Tyler after a video of the young boy where he called the pop superstar his “friend” went viral on TikTok.

In the clip, Tyler could be heard asking his mom if he could visit Beyoncè, but his mom told him he could not because they do not know the singer personally and that she’s not Fabregas’s friend.

What surprised Fabregas was when her son told him that Beyoncè is his “friend.”

“You know her personally. She’s my friend,” Tyler said in the video, adding that he wants to meet Beyoncè.

The viral video now has 11.7 million plays and 1.2 million likes on TikTok. Several celebrities like actress Liza Soberano and OPM singer Moira Dela Torre also adored Tyler’s cuteness in the clip.

“What a cutie,” Soberano commented.

“TYLERRRRRRR,” Dela Torre said.

How was the gift delivered?

It was Yvette Noel-Schure, Beyoncè’s publicist, who contacted Fabregas on Instagram and told her that the American singer “would love to send something” to Tyler.

The Pinay content creator shared a video screen recording of Noel-Schure’s message in her April 24 Instagram post.

“Thank you so much for thinking of our little family [Yvette Noel-Schure] [Beyoncè],” Fabregas said.

“I mean with the amount of mentions and videos Beyoncè gets everyday, it still blows our mind to know time was set aside to send this sweet gift over. My mama heart,” she added.

The sportscaster also thanked netizens who shared, commented, and liked her son’s TikTok video.

“Tyler may be too young to remember all this, but I’ll always remind him to dream big and shoot for the stars!! BEYONCÈ SENT MY BABY FLOWERS!!!!” she wrote.

Tyler is the son of Fabregas and sportscaster Nikko Ramos who got engaged and got married in 2020. The couple welcomed Tyler in September 2021.

Meanwhile, Beyoncè returned to the music scene with her highly anticipated album “Cowboy Carter,” which featured collaborations with various artists including Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, and Shaboozey.

The album was released last month and has a total of 27 tracks. The last concert tour she headlined was the “Renaissance World Tour,” which capped off in October 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri.
