LIKE father, like son indeed.
Former PBA player Doug Kramer is a hands-on coach and a proud dad to his 10-year-old son Gavin, who is as passionate about basketball as his father.
On Instagram, the elder Kramer shared a video clip of his son’s basketball game, where the young Kramer was seen earning points for his team.
“Hard work, works! One step at a time, Gav!” the former basketball player wrote in the caption, praising his son’s basketball skills.
The young Kramer bounced back from his previous basketball game shared by his dad on Instagram.
Kramer posted his son’s first-ever organized 5-on-5 game in March. While Gavin did not score any points in the game, his dad boosted Gavin’s confidence and told him that “there’s much more to basketball than just scoring.”
Netizens, meanwhile, expressed their admiration and support for Gavin, with many of them cheering for his possible career in the basketball scene in the future.
His mother Chesca also commented on his husband’s post, expressing her utmost support to her only son.
“Always cheering for you, @gavinkramer. Whether it be good games or bad games. Keep working hard!” the former actress said.

Gavin is the youngest child of the former actress and the former PBA player. They also have two daughters named Kendra and Scarlet.
