Watching the BTS concert in Busan was awesome, but the ARMY surprised me

Being an ARMY is not just fangirling. For me it meant a lot. I get to have a new set of family! The love and care of each ARMY for one another is different. No age, gender or race. All are equal. This is what I love about this fandom. RESPECT is high with everyone that I meet.

It was an experience that will forever be engraved in my heart, especially this one.

I bummed my leg a few weeks back and because of it, I need to wear a brace to keep my knees intact and prevent further damage. People who know me know that I really don’t want to bother or be the reason to bother someone.

The concert grounds that I have been to have one entry and exit point and that’s only through a staircase from Busan Port and Busan Station. They closed the elevator and the escalator to prevent accidents since many people are coming and taking part in the event. So it really worries me that I may cause delay or let other people be troubled because of my condition.

So after the concert, we exited the grounds heading to the staircase.

I have four friends assisting me. One told me to take my time and not be bothered. Another said that it’s ok and not to rush. I was so curious so I looked back because I needed to know if there were people behind us.

To my surprise, the police and concert staff built a human barricade to stop thousands of people from stepping into the staircase.

My heart sank seeing this. They held the line for me, and only allowed the people to start using the staircase only after I reached the top. GRABE!!!

I nearly cried but held my tears. It may just be a coincidence for others but for me it’s not. I am just so grateful to everyone around me.
